4. Delivery

We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery timeframes begin on the next working day after your order has been confirmed.

For orders paid in advance (e.g., via bank transfer), the delivery period begins on the next working day after payment has been received or confirmed.

If the estimated delivery date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or UK public holiday, delivery will be made on the following working day.

5. Your Account

If you create an account on the Elobasket website, it is your responsibility to ensure that your account details and password are kept confidential and secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or login credentials.

Elobasket will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account information or from any unauthorized access to your account.

Elobasket enforces an 21+ policy on age-restricted products. Proof of age may be required at purchase.

Products with age ratings will display this on their page. You must enter your date of birth at checkout for 18+ items.

By ordering, you confirm you (or the recipient) are 21 or older. We reserve the right to refuse orders if the age cannot be verified.

Gift cards cannot be used to buy age-restricted products.

7. Resale of Our Products

Products sold by Elobasket are for personal use only.

If we suspect you are buying items to resell, bulk buy, drop-ship, or place repeated orders, we may:

  • Refuse or cancel your order

  • Require you to agree to different terms

  • Treat your purchase as a business transaction, removing consumer protections

In such cases:

  • You cannot cancel orders under the 14-day cancellation right

  • Our 28-day goodwill returns policy does not apply

  • Faulty items can only be returned within 7 days, with return shipping and handling fees charged

  • You may not use promotions or special offers on these orders

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, and delivery times vary depending on your location.  We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Our shipping charges reflect only the costs we incur from our delivery partners, and where possible, we subsidize these costs to keep rates competitive.

9. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Certain products (e.g., hygiene or safety items) may not be eligible for return.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at service@elobasket.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange a full refund or replacement.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes. Payment must be made in full at checkout using our secure payment options.

11. Limitation of Liability

We take care to ensure that all product information and website content is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely accurate at all times.
