EloBasket Returns & Refund Policy

At EloBasket, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase. However, if for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returning an Online Order

If you've changed your mind, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any unwanted items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be in a re-sellable condition.

  • Returns must be accompanied by a valid EloBasket receipt or your online dispatch confirmation email, including the order reference number.

Note: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) and must ensure all items are securely packaged.

Arranging a Collection

Prefer us to pick it up?
Contact our Customer Service Team to arrange a pickup from your address.

Please have your order number and reason for return ready when you get in touch.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, unless faulty or not as described, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on the following:

  • Nursery items

  • Gift cards

  • Video games & consoles

  • Trading cards & board games

  • LEGO sets (If pieces are missing, please contact LEGO directly via LEGO Customer Service or call 00800 5346 5555)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, and provided it meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed once received.

All returned faulty items will be inspected. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.

How to Return Your Item

You have two options:

Option 1: Request a Collection
Contact our Customer Service Team to arrange a return label.

We will also provide you with a prepaid return label to make the process as easy as possible. Simply print the label and attach it securely to the package.
