At Elobasket, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and affordably. Below is our full shipping and delivery policy, including dispatch timelines, delivery partners, and shipping charges.


1. Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Minimum Order Value

  • The minimum order value is £10 (excluding shipping charges).


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 1 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1 PM are dispatched on the next working day.

  • We do not dispatch on weekends or UK public holidays.


4. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery across the UK typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Please allow extra time during busy seasons or unforeseen courier delays.


5. Delivery Charges

We aim to keep shipping costs low and transparent. Where possible, we subsidise charges from our delivery partners.

6. Parcel Weight Limits

  • The maximum weight per parcel is 31kg.

  • If your total order exceeds 31kg, we will split it into multiple parcels.

  • A £2.99 service charge will be applied per additional parcel.


7. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted UK-based courier services to ensure fast and reliable delivery. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.


8. Delivery Issues or Delays

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us immediately.

9. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Redelivery may incur additional charges.
